Centrifuge Filtration System

The Almco DSC-180-1 is a fully-automatic centrifuge filter system that effectively separates suspended particulate from water-based solutions.  The particulate is accumulated and discharged from the centrifuge as a dry solid during the machine's purge cycle.

This machine can be used to filter liquid coming from one or more vibratory deburring machines operating with ceramic and/or plastic media.  The Centrifuge will process up to 180 gallons of incoming liquid per hour, and the filtered liquid can be sent back to the deburring machine(s) for reuse (depending on the application) or the liquid can be sent to drain.  The dry residue removed from the liquid is automatically discharged to a container for disposal as solid waste.
