Contract Services – Specialized Parts Deburring and Cleaning

This ADF business unit was formed in response to a customer request. Over 25 years ago ADF installed its own 3 cubic foot production model deburring machine to offer customers sample part processing results. The very first customer ADF produced samples for liked them so much they requested ADF to continue to deburr their parts for them until the machine they purchased was delivered.

Today, ADF offers a full range of contract finishing services utilizing 20 machines including through feed automatic systems for high volume deburring, individual vibratory and tumbling barrels each for different types of finishing, multi machine semi-automatic systems incorporating material handling systems manual blast cabinets, a walk-in blast room and tumble blasting system for blast cleaning and shot peening.

Cleaning systems include a belt pass through parts washer, a three (3)-stage agitation wash-rinse-dry, one cabinet spray washer for those really dirty parts and a Durr Ecoclean Hydrocarbon precision cleaning system utilizing injection flood washing, ultrasonic and vapor degreasing functions, all under a condition of vacuum.

Over the years ADF has finished parts in every metal alloy for medical, aerospace, military, fastener, food machinery and many other industries. More than just a contract service provider ADF truly partners with each customer helping them find the most cost effective finish for their parts.
